Kunming Passenger car Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Kunming Haikou industrial park, covering an area more than 162200m2. Formerly known as Kunming bus modification plant, in September 2014, Yunnan Yunnei Power Group Co., Ltd., Kunming Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd., Kunming Public Transportation Group Co., Ltd. and Anhui Ankai Automobile Co., Ltd. were jointly reorganized. It is the only state-owned enterprise in Kunming that has the qualification to produce modified cars (for buses of 6m and above).began to be engaged in car refitting production in 1978, began to produce truck in 1981, began to produce city bus in 2002, then entered the National Vehicle Production Enterprises and product announcement catalogue.At present, it has the production qualification of modified large and medium-sized passenger cars, logistics vehicles, sprinklers, refrigerated vehicles, garbage trucks, RV, ambulance and other special vehicles, and has the production qualification of electric motorcycles.The mainly products company currently exports are electric mini pickup truck.

Production Qualification

The company has the conversion production qualification of large and medium-sized passenger cars (6s) and special purpose vehicles (5s), which can be produced by purchasing chassis:1. A large bus with a length greater than or equal to 6 meter or a number of passengers greater than or equal to 20 .2. The length of the bus is less than 6 meter, and the number of passengers is more than 9 and less than 20. 3. Ambulance, RV, logistics vehicles, sprinklers, refrigerated vehicles, garbage trucks and other special vehicles. 4. Electric motorcycle.

R&D Team

The company has a R&D team composed of professional and technical personnel,covering product certification,product development, process design,quality management and other aspects of talents,with the ability to design and develop vehicles independently.At the same time,the company has passed IATF16949 system certification and 3C certification,which further guarantees product quality.
